Breast Augmentation

Breasts can be enlarged (augmented) by various methods. Most commonly, silicone or saline implants are used. In some cases, your own fat can be harvested for augmentation.

Breast Lift

The breast can sag over time. This may be a result of aging, weight changes, and breast feeding. A lift will restore the natural shape and position of the breast and nipple/areola.

Breast Reduction

Breast reduction is a procedure to decrease the size of your breasts. During the procedure the breasts are lifted and reshaped. In male patients, this is referred to gynecomastia.

Revision Breast Surgery

Occasionally prior breast surgery requires revision. If you have experienced less than optimal outcomes from your prior surgery, Dr. Tobes can evaluate your situation for revision surgery.

Nipple and Areola Reconstruction

Nipple and areola shape can be modified for improvements. For example, inverted nipples can be corrected, or large nipples can be reduced. If you have had prior reconstruction for breast cancer, new nipple and areola's can be created.

Breast reconstruction after cancer

A large portion of Dr. Tobler's practice includes breast reconstruction for cancer and genetic carrier patients. Dr. Tobler primarily performs implant-based reconstructions. Please schedule a consultation to learn more
